Graham Duncan of Computer Press, is New Zealand’s exclusive online distributor of Microsoft Office exams, such as Word and Excel. Graham works with clients ranging from educational institutes and professional services to small and medium sized business, and sets up their access to an online exam. Most people only use 10-15 percent of the full functionality of Microsoft Office products so with training they can increase their productivity by between 30-40 percent.

Graham runs his business in a combination from client’s sites, his office and from home, so he relies on technology to connect to his staff and business anytime. Computer Press’ main point of presence is their website, so they are dependent on their wireless Telecom Broadband connection to ensure their site is constantly running so clients can log-in to take exams and contact them anytime.

When Graham is in transit, he uses his Telecom Palm Treo to manage his emails and calls, so he can respond quickly to client requests and ultimately manage the number of emails awaiting him back in the office.
